Effective upon purchase
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase and use of Reed Corp’s NFC review system and related services (“Service”).
Reed Corp provides Customer with an NFC review card and related digital services designed to help customers access the Customer’s online review page and other selected business links.
The recurring Reed Corp Review Service includes:
Reed Corp does not guarantee any particular number of reviews, review rating, customer interactions, sales, revenue, or other business result.
Customer will be charged $50 one-time setup fee, plus $25 for the first month of Service at signup. Total due at signup: $75.
After signup, Customer will be charged $25 per month on a recurring basis. Applicable taxes, if any, may be charged separately.
Customer agrees to an initial minimum commitment of six monthly Service payments of $25 each, beginning with the first $25 payment collected at signup.
The initial commitment therefore consists of six total monthly Service payments ($150), in addition to the one-time $50 setup fee.
Customer may request cancellation during the initial commitment; however, cancellation will not eliminate payments remaining within the six-payment minimum commitment unless Reed Corp agrees otherwise in writing.
After completion of the initial six monthly payments, the Service will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis at $25 per month until canceled.
There is no additional fixed-term commitment after completion of the initial six-month commitment.
Following completion of the initial commitment, Customer may cancel by emailing support@reed-corp.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the Customer’s then-current paid billing period. No additional monthly Service charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
A cancellation request received during the initial six-month commitment may be scheduled to take effect after completion of the required six monthly payments.
By purchasing the Service, Customer authorizes Reed Corp and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the initial purchase and subsequent recurring charges described in this Agreement.
Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
The $50 setup fee covers configuration, customization, preparation, and initial fulfillment of the Customer’s Reed Corp system.
Once Reed Corp has begun configuring or producing the Customer’s system, the setup fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Reed Corp is unable to provide the purchased system.
Monthly Service fees already paid are generally non-refundable for periods during which the Service was provided.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any refund or other right that cannot legally be waived.
Active customers may request complimentary replacement NFC review cards if a card is lost, damaged, or stops functioning.
Reed Corp reserves the right to limit or deny complimentary replacements where requests are excessive, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unreasonable.
Replacement of a physical card does not restart or extend the Customer’s initial commitment.
The Reed Page may link to third-party platforms such as Google, social-media services, websites, maps, or other destinations selected for the Customer.
Reed Corp is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or other third-party platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.
Third-party platforms may modify their products, links, policies, or availability independently of Reed Corp.
Customer is responsible for providing accurate business information and identifying the correct online profiles, websites, and other destinations to be connected to its Reed Page.
Customer agrees not to use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited activity.
Reed Corp may reasonably update, improve, replace, or modify features of the Service over time, provided that such changes do not materially eliminate the core Service being purchased.
Reed Corp provides tools intended to make it easier for customers to interact with a business’s online presence.
Reed Corp does not purchase, create, manipulate, guarantee, or otherwise promise customer reviews, and Customer remains responsible for complying with the policies of any review platform it uses.
By completing checkout and affirmatively accepting these terms, Customer acknowledges that Customer has reviewed and agrees to this Agreement, including: $75 due at signup; $25 recurring monthly Service fee; minimum of six $25 monthly Service payments; and automatic month-to-month renewal after the initial commitment until canceled.
