We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping information, business profile links, website and social links, and other information needed to configure or support your Reed Corp service.
Payment information is processed by our payment processor. Reed Corp sales representatives are not authorized to collect, write down, photograph, store, or manually enter customer payment-card information.
Where available, Reed Corp may collect service information such as Reed Page visits, button clicks, card or page activity, and related performance information. We may also use publicly available business and review information, such as Google rating and review counts, to provide monthly performance reporting.
We use information to process and fulfill purchases, create and manage Reed Pages, program and ship NFC cards, provide support and replacements, maintain customer accounts, send service communications and monthly reports, prevent fraud or abuse, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
